Not everyone is obsessed with winning a race.
Here I am racing at peak performance and I won!

When I was shopping for a side by side I was really leary of the belt drive and strongly considered a Honda because of it's "dual clutch automatic" transmission. Now I'm glad I settled for the belt-drive Can-am after reading about all the problems with that dual clutch automatic. Over 4000 miles on my Can-am now, including some pulling a trailer, and the belt still looks new. And if I do need to ever change it, it is at most a half-hour process and easy to do. I bought a spare belt when I bought the Can-am.
You don't need to be. I inspected the Kubota cogged belt after 3 years of field and some road use and it shows no wear at all. I don't ever expect to change it either and on the GS it's totally enclosed on the drivers side with a high impact plastic cover tucked up out of harms way but still easy to get to. Unlike a snow machine where the belt is in the engine compartment out front.

I guess my only worry will be the half shaft CV joints the drive the front wheels. Even the disc brakes are 90% enclosed as well and it came stock with full skid pans from the back to the front.

I'm not certain which transmission your RTV has but if its a hydrostatic, I'd not recommend putting pods on it.
Yes it is. How come? Like I said, lots of contractors are using this RTV with tracks here now.

I have Camso tracks on my Kubota RTV X1140. It makes our propoerty accessible year round which is really nice. They work great, but are slow, especially on the Kubota. But I'm not in any hurry. Coast was around $5500.

How long ago did you buy those? I figured they'd be a lot more by now with todays covid prices.

Yes, pre Covid. I just did a quick search and they are $6400 now.

I know this is way more expensive, but if you need that kind of a vehicle, I’d buy a used Argo. We would purposely try to stick the one I owned, just for kicks. They’re hard to stick and not completely ridiculous to get out when you do manage to stick them. I Shoulda kept the thing!
