I have a Kubota RTV 500 bought a few months ago. I'm using it to keep walking trails open by driving over the snow and packing it. I wonder if anyone else on the forum uses theirs for this and what is their experience?
The second question is: Would a RTV 900 do a better job? I like the power steering, the front limited slip and the diesel(same engine in my BX). The extra weight gives me some concern as to whether it would sink and get stuck.
Before anyone suggests using the BX, it has turf tires, chains, FEL, snowblower and is good for driveways but like a beached whale in the fields which is why I am trying the RTV which will be useful on the property in other seasons.
Any input would be welcome. Thanks.
