RTV 500 Front Bumper

Trying to make a custom brush guard for the front. I tried several different bolts in the 4 holes. 1 takes the bolt (metric) and the other 3 are hard to start in with same bolt. Paint, weld slag on nuts?
So, part number 01774-61225 " Flange Bolt," are all 4 the same and does any one know the thread pitch? (Plan to chase with a threading tap)

Found bolts that fit, checked thread pitch. Put them in the holes so I can find them again. Thinking of making a mount for a small tool box mounted above the winch. My winch is bolted on a plate to the 2" tubing.
I can relocate it to the rear receiver (I had to today) for "Assistance".(Snow Snakes were biting tires)
