Rox posted to her Facebook account about 10 days ago. She has been very busy with getting their new olive mill built to be ready for the November harvest. If you remember, she had thought of using a shipping container for a mill, but instead they are constructing a normal structure. I'm sure she will be back with lots of info when she gets a chance to catch her breath. She is extremely excited to be able to control their entire process.

I have not seen her on TBN in awhile but we exchanged some email earlier in the year to buy some of her oil. She mentioned the oil mill.
Rox and her husband sure seemed like the retired into a full time job. :laughing:
Which is good for us since we love the EVOO! :thumbsup:
