Rotary dump truck

I saw one of these working on the RR track near here. Sure looks strange when dumping. I've never seen one before, except tracked ones, like Morooka.



They also had a tracked excavator with RR wheels. You sure do a double take when you see it going by quietly at about 20 mph.

The closest thing I have seen is a Bannerman top dresser that does that.

How do they not turn over? Do they hook onto the tracks?
