ripped the wires going up my rops to my aux. lights for the second time, and the last.
i had them tie wrapped.....and pretty well too.

first went and got some 2wire 10gauge ..looks like black extension cord....
instead of drilling, i cut up an old truck tube and wrapped it around the side the wires come up....
put a bunch of black tie wraps on it and it doesnt look so bad.....seems to work like a charm ... nice and tight.....works for me......so far

I ripped mine out several times, too. Finally I got tired of repairing them and ran the wiring INSIDE the ROPS. Was a bit of a chore to thread the wires in the ROPS, especially the folding joint on the BX22....but once done I have a very clean installation that has not ripped once, even when folding the ROPS .

I mounted a pair of rear work lights on my folding rops by drilling seperate holes for mounting and wires. Used split lume tube for wiring between top and bottom rops.
Here's a picture.

Some time back, i posted a thread about my light project, complete with pics and part numbers. My install secured the lights without drilling, using stake pockets purchased from TSC. If you do a search, you should be able to turn it up. Used them for quite a while now with no problems at all.

I ran my wires inside too - it's more work but only has to be done once (so far).

charliebrn,

I searched and searched. Couldn't find it... I am really interested in your parts list for the BX2200 light project.

Can you provide it again?
