I don't have that kind of customization ability or time to make mounts like that.

Sure, his work is top notch, but not practical for my situation. I need to mount the strobe & roll.

Joe, I've purchased a strobe for one of the cars at work and the transaction went very smoothly. If you 'google' strobes there are a million sites to visit.

mine has magnets to hold it in place.Been there for almost a year.Hasn't fell off yet.Use it for snowblowing and hauling logs fromn my wood lot.Cost me 54.00 I think its made by Grote

I don't have a steel cab, mine's plastic. However, I do have 6" diameter plates (look like giant fender washers) that I could glue to top of cab and then put a magnetic beacon on. Not sure if the Kubota plastic cab can have anything glued to it-made of some kind of recycled funky plastic.
