Rollins brand bush hog/rotary cutter - is this company still in business?

Anyone know any history on rollins as a farm implement company? Were they bought out by somebody else? Trying to track down pieces/parts for my rollins rotary cutter. Not much luck finding any under that name other than a few auctions of old equipment.

It’s a huge Canadian equipment company, but generic gear boxes, pans and blades will work for them

Thanks. I wondered if that was the same -- but the Rollins I see out of British Columbia seems to be more of a reseller of others equipment, not even rebranding equipment as theirs... rather selling that equipment through 4 BC-located outlets. Is there yet-another Rollins I'm missing? My rotary cutter actually has a Rollins logo on the side but it seems to be quite a rare beast.

Fully understand about completely replacing the cutting mechanism.. i was trying to determine if I could possibly just replace the output shaft on this unit as the gear box has no markings of any kind. I didn't know if "Rollins" also produced gearboxes when it was in operation.
