Roll Pins for cat1 QH pins

Has anyone one else been able to find just the roll pins for these? I have been to the dealer and to TSC and cannot get them separate. You have to buy the whole kit. I have a few extra that were given to me and need just roll pins.

They are an odd size and I wasn't able to match it up. I have not put a lot of time into it but now I need them.

I have not tried sourcing the pins, but, if necessary my first stop would be a fastener supply house.

Not sure but, think the big box stores, Home Depot, Lowes, etc. have them in their big drawer cabinets of speciality hardware.

Should be 7/16" diameter roll pins.

McMaster Carr doesn't have them in the size I have on my spare QH pins, as the split roll pin measures 7/16" by 1 1/2" long.
They do show up on a Spirol site http://www.spirol.com/library/main_catalogs/sltp_us.pdf

Probably not too many 11mm rollpins out there, but they would work, too.

Seems metric roll pins skip 11mm and jump from 10 to 12 mm. Both McMaster Carr and Spirol did that.

I believe roll pins are sized by the I.D. of the hole it's driven into. So, measuring the O.D. of the roll pin before inserted may not be correct.

I will measure mine in the morning and report back.

As I said, probably not too many 11mm rollpins out there. Kuhn equipment is loaded with 5,6,7,8,10,12 & 14 mm pins. Maybe somebody makes 11mm, maybe not.

Spring Pin, Roll Pin Size Data Chart -  Engineers Edge

Measure the I.D. of the hole in the bushing and see attached chart.
