Rocket GB4000R battery

Anyone here have any specification on the GB4000R batteries that come in some LS equipment

There is not much out there. It is a Korean made batter by Global Battery Company.

Came in my Workmaster but only lasted 2 seasons seems to be a poor quality battery. Keep in mind my tractor was purchased new in 2015 but was made in 2013 so that could have affected the poor quality

Changed my XR4040C to a group 34 Napa battery it was about a inch shorter but a plastic spacer made up the difference...completely solved my battery starting issues...

Not sure if this answers your question but I replaced my GB4000R with a Group 27. The dimensions on the 27 are bigger but I found it to fit nicely. I have a LS 3038H and my GB4000R lasted me almost 8 years!
The 27-DLG fit nicely and has worked great for about 30 days.

SWEET! I have a 3038H and I need a new battery so this was super helpful! Thank you! My battery lasted 6 years in some really really cold weather. One winter was the coldest in 20 years (2014) so it was seeing temps of -10 to -15ｰF for multiple weeks and starting the tractor without a block heater. So... it performed very well considering.

I never try to find exact match for foreign made batteries. I just take the old battery (need it for core charge anyway) to my local NAPA store and tell them I want one with as much or more CCA plus sized to match. Also have to match the post location and polarity which is usually an easy thing to do. One can never find the OEM battery maker regardless of the mechanical device you need the battery replaced in.

NAPA 7524 replaces the Rocket battery perfectly. No alterations needed. 7524 with no additional numbers on the end. Fits down in the battery tray that other models don't have.

My Rocket GB4000R battery in my CNH Boomer 30, finally quit after 10 years. 2012 build. I have an Optima Red Top that came out of my FJ Cruiser. It fit in the hole and the tractor started right up. Now I need a clamp. The space is about 2 inches for the fixed original clamp.
