Roasted Cauliflower recipe

We do one with a head of cauliflower coated in a yoghurt and tandoori sauce mix, it is a nice easy winter warmer with steamed basmati and everyone here enjoys it.
The flavour manages to penetrate but if the head is big we cut it in half.

For quite some time now the only way we eat cauliflower is to roast it 'til it gets crispy brown a tad, that's after regular cooking.
Some times we add cheese topping.

I have gone right off cheese in the past few months and look for alternatives, my Mother used to make cauliflower cheese and I recall I hated it, copious amounts of cheese running everywhere just like overloaded pizzas.
