Roast potatoes and veggies for supper Smoked.

Got a bone in chuck roast hiding in the pan..seasoned, floured and browned then added potatoes, onions, celery mushrooms didn't have any carrots.. so no carrots
Brined it with water, stock and homemade muscadine wine .
Cooking on the smoker grill.. over oak and pecan wood .. enjoy.

Oh yeah, that looks tasty and I bet it smells great. We have been on a diet so it looks that much more tasty.

Baked a loaf of butter and beer bread to go with it.

Since the last one was a huge hit with the wife .. I have another one going .. this time bone in shoulder or arm roast . I let the roast peek out a little this time in middle of pan.. All the same fixings taters, onions celery mushrooms and carrots this time .... Muscadine wine and broth again.. couple of pics for your hungry stomach
