We live with frost heaves and pot holes every spring. Just this year they passed a Bill to add 4 cents a gallon to the price of gas for road repair funds. We will see how much that helps. What I am sure will happen is local towns will remove money from the budget for road repairs and wait for the state to direct money to the townships for road repairs. Bottom line is nothing will happen and we will be a dodging pot holes.
