Loader RK37 Cab FEL Removal

I’ve had my tractor for a few months now and have taken the FEL off several times. It’s always a huge hassle. There are no good instructions in the manual. I had a Kubota that said to simply raise the front wheels off of the ground. It was very simple. On my tractor, I have to fiddle with the controls and the work lights keep it from moving back far enough to disengage. I’ve actually bent the light brackets and somehow have not broke the lenses. It sometimes takes 20 minutes or so. Is there any clear cut instructions on how to remove the FEL?
