RK24-What is filter in front of radiator? Fuel?

My RK24 has a fuel filter behind the side cover by the oil filter as shown in our manual. It also has a filter that looks just like the fuel filter in front of the radiator on the right side. What is this filter for? Here's a pic:

My guess. It would be fuel filter. Looks pretty similar too all the fuel filters I have seen on a tractor.

P.S. Please understand, that's not a filter, it's a separator. Intended to separate water from your fuel if it exists.

I received a quick answer from RK Tractor (Daniel Patterson) that , it's the fuel water separator. Yes, I looked in the manual. No mention of a fuel water separator, only an oil water separator, and no reference as to where it is mentioned in the manual. The picture of the fuel water separator in the manual has 3 lines coming off the unit. The unit on my tractor has 2 lines. I was asking the forum members for a clarification of the filter next to the battery on my RK24. No such filter on my NH TC33D. Good to know for sure what things are and how they work. Glad RK is with us to help all of us new to their tractors.

The manual indicates how to clear the oil water separator, but doesn’t indicate when to do it. Any suggestions?

As long as you empty any water before it's full enough to get sucked through into the engine you should be fine.
