RK24 Hydraulic failure

I should have followed through with an update but failed. I replaced the o-ring with a larger one then when it failed, went back to the original size. I then started limiting my rpm to limit pressure. I did pull the device apart and what I suspect is the overpressure relief device had scoring and was not cleanly machined. I pulled all the metal flakes out and not being a hydraulic kind of guy wished for the best. You might be able to see the metal on the picture. RK quoted me $350 ish for the block. I could not find a part number to see if it was a common hydraulic part so probably only available through RK, TYM, Mahindra. I do have more pictures but this is the part I think was the problem.
