I was looking at the Chinesium version, which a poor copy of the Rinieri. See review here:

This seems to be a project (re-engineer mechanism, slow speed, add bearings), but if you are willing to do the work, and depending on the price, it may still be worthwhile. I believe Betsco sells a similar version.
