Rim for a Ford

My buddy's Ford needs a rear rim, just the outer hoop. 24 x 14" size. Any deals of where to get it? The prices he is getting from Ford/NH is like $900 which is unreal... Any ideas?

2nd the idea on a salvage yard. Might end up with a good 'spare' casing..

It has been at least 5 years, but I put two new outer rims that I believe are 28" x 12" on a Ford tractor and they were only $100 each. I'm not sure your buddy's dealer is talking about the right parts. A whole set of tires and rims for my new tractor would be around $2500. Why would an outer rim be $900? That just seems like a mistake to me.

I think my 2120 is 16.9x24. I rusted a hole due to Calcium in oneof mine 2 years ago and got a quote in the $700-$800 region. I had a welder fill in the rusted valve stem hole and we drill a new hole. Cost $40

Japanese OEM rims are pricey....

My NAA has 16.9x24 rims also. I've also used a washer as a weld repar at a rim hole.
