I checked it 3 times before I commented. Make sure my math was accurate.
$300,000...that just seems hard to comprehend. Maybe if it’s got Hvac? Sides, bathroom, tack, office/lounge? Idk..wow. Some horse people indeed have money.. I guess if you’ve got it and want to ride whenever you want in a perfect setting, then go for it!
