The Power Steering kit that was received the other day includes a gear pump like the one pictured on ebay listing 401033932789

The unit is Back plate ported.
Is the correct procedure to allow reverse drive rotation to turn the back port plate 180 degrees also turning the internal bearing blocks to keep the "relief cuts" oriented to the inlet port?
It seems right.
