Repurposing old tree shipping crates

So 16 hooks 4 each per locker screwed in, tipped the screws with wood glue thinking they will stay more secure over the years. Funny somewhat dark humor sidetrack wife wanted four lockers and shoe shelves there's 5 in the fam. I don't get one of the lockers, they are literally 7' pine boxe I used with one to spare, I own a mini x my wife can operate if I were to disappear, so guess I'll stop complaining when I have to fix her lawn implements just saying.

Changing the flooring and standing up some crates isnt a remodel. I do like the look and usefulness of them though.

The completed end goal will be considered a remodel to me anyway in fact some of ithe estimates we got few months ago would be competitive with a a new build a few yrs back.lol

More of a positive assessment of this product that worked good, definitely better than I thought it would to make all my fresh cut edges look aged. Personally I think building a face plate around all the crates using aged lumber I have would definitely look better to me but not the head designer . It definitely works better than gray oil based stain I've used at my cabin to make cut edges on trim look aged in the past. For comparison look at previous pictures. Wife's so pleased with storage lockers she added our 1st floor laundry room on top of kitchen and half bath renovation list. I guess limited snowmobiling time this winter..
