& always use non ethanol fuel...it really pays off in the long run, & yes, the above poster is right, adjusting the valves makes a big difference
i'd certainly look into that tune up before looking elsewhere. small batteries don't last long esp w/only seasonal use, good luck

Big nemesis of B&S motors is they may have neoprene donut (O ring) for float valve seat... E85 swell them up.... Makes engine fuel starved ...
