Sorry - originally posted to the General, seems it should have been put here
New to this forum, but checking posts, it seems to have many knowledgeable folks visiting. Would appreciate help on determining fair market value of the following package:
NH TC25D 4WD Hydro-Stat transmission with Super-Steer, NH Hard Canopy and R4 Loader Tires;
NH 7308 Front End Loader;
BushHog ATH-720 (6 ft.) finish mower with new BH 25" mower blades;
Unknown brand 4 ft Heavy duty box blade (I've never used this).
Everything except box blade purchased new in July, 2000 - with one owner and me as the operator. Currently has exactly 200 hrs on original hour meter.
All equipment kept in fully enclosed steel building never rained on - typically washed after 2-3 uses - light use around 4 acre home - everything's in excellent condition.
I performed all Mfg recommended maintenance using OEM parts and fluids with a supporting maintenance log book which I kept detailing dates of use. Even have original fuel receipts for AG #1 diesel used throughout period. I just completed the normal 300 hr maintenance replacing all filters with NH OEM. I also replaced one spindle on the finish mower as I couldn't get the blade off the old spindle (fine-thread capscrew siezed - decided it was easier to change assembly than spending days to get it broken loose).
Original package (with Memphis,TN taxes) near $20k. I'm considering replacing with Zero-turn mower as all this tractor maintenance isn't as easy for me as it was 9 years (and one knee surgery) ago when my now-deceased father decided he really wanted a nice tractor for his "farm".
Appreciate comments and insights (other than wise-cracks about me being ****-retentive).
