I have several hoses to replace on my FEL something I've never done before. What should I expect? any pressure at all in the lines with the tractor off? Will the lines need bleeding when I'm done or will cycling the FEL a few times do the trick? Any pointers on this I can get would be greatly appreciated.

What you said is correct.

Mark the ports and hoses with paint or tape.

I will recommend before loosening any hoses to cycle the FEL control levers a few times with engine off to relieve any trapped oil pressure.

Probably depends on whether you have the FEL raised or lowered ... ;)

(Make sure it is lowered before you disconnect any lines ...)
