Ha! Friend's 4 year old was telling his grandmother how to program something (forget what) on her smartphone. I came in and will go out at the right time in history, hands down!
Probably the only way we'll ever stay in the same time in history is if we die the day we are born. Change is geometric, not arithmetic, so the quantity of change a person experiences will significantly increase as time progresses... not that time actually exists according to today's physicists.
PS I can relate to the issue of forgetting... probably the worst part of aging.

Tell you what will help to reverse that trend. Get yourself some EASY cross word puzzles. Over time you will be amazed at what is stored in your brain's archives that you had forgotten about years ago. I'm pulling up things that happened 65 years ago like they happened yesterday.
Also, they help with the rumor/truth that Altzheimer's (spelling???) has a reduced possibility of occurrence with people who keep their brains working. I don't have the scientific facts handy to back up what I just said, but if it does it does and I'm headed in the right direction.
