greetings. I got a new boot for the front shaft from Tractorsmart but I can not figure out how to replace it.

I have to disconnect the shaft somewhere, but all the u-joints seem to be pressed on. Any idea anybody?

Thank you

Oh, it is for B1750 4x4 with HDST, thanks

Which front shaft are you referring too? /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif
Front drive Shaft?
Front steering?

When you slide the cover back you should see the U-joint. There should be split pin(s) (roll pins) holding the U-joint assembly on the input shaft of the front axle. Remove the pins and shaft should slide off. I am looking at a B24-27-2910 WSM. I believe they are similar to your 1750. Rear or transmission end should have similar pins.
