Backhoe Replacing plastic rod end on 3710

I was replacing rod end and when I took 2 nuts off to remove control, I started to take bolts out but stopped and thought from previous experience maybe I don't have to take control out. You can take bottom connector off and bring rod up through the top. then replace rod end and reinstall.
