Thank you so much for this post. I am assuming it is very similar on a 2008 3203. both front hubs started leaking at the same time. anything else I might be aware of? KB

I have the same, 3203. I just replaced my left front this weekend. Richards post is the perfect template to follow. Must have a shop press to do it. I bought mine last weekend at Harbor Freight for $157 and it worked great. Paid for itself. A couple of things to consider before you do it - JD puts hydraulic oil in all the MFWD front axles at the factory. This is a much lower viscosity than 90 weight gear oil. I got another three years out of my seals by replacing with 90 weight, and then moved to 140 weight. You probably got into deep mud and that is when they started leaking. That original seal is susceptible to getting dirt into the seal causing some leaking. The replacement seal looks a lot tougher. Here are a few pics of my 3203:
