I am at a bit of a loss here. I m trying to replace the belts on my old coroni finishing mower. There is no clearance to loop the belts on the front double pulley. do I need to take the four bolts out holding the whole pulley assembly to drop it to get clearance? The main bolts holding the guard covering the pulley appear to be welded on... as this deck was a hand me down I am not sure if this is how they come or if this was a bad attempt to fix a loosening problem. Thanks for your help!
