Replacement Valve for a log splitter

I have an old old Duerr log splitter. Long story short I need to put a new valve on it and was looking at surplus center for a replacement and found 2 that look like they will work.

Other than the PRINCE name brand I cant find much of a difference on these 2 valves. Does any one have any input between these valves.

I use the first one ,That way you can put another log on the table as it retrieves

According the PDF page of the catalog both valves have spring to center on the forward stroke and detent on the return.

But how has that valve held up for you?

works good.Never had a problem with it
