Looks pretty strong with those big posts!!! What type of roof are you going to use with such a shallow pitch?

The rafters are 2x10 spaced 24 inches on center. The outside will be tin. I'm not really worried about snow load, we have enough wind to blow it around.

Done today. This is what six grand gets you with today’s price of lumber. Having it built for me is a new concept, used to doing my own work but just can’t anymore.

22x12 264 sq ft. Lumber is crazy up here. But then so is steel. Pretty sure it's overbuilt, but it'll be here long after I'm gone. My son's property, I'm just keeping it warm for his retirement.

$23 a square foot isn't horrific. It's expensive for a building without a floor, but I think that in a year from now, that's gonna be a price that you can brag about!!!
