It doesn't appear so, but here is a full ignition switch for a TC on ebay.

goto local dealer, ask for a key. hopefully they will open a drawer and toss you a key for free.
most tractors use a common key, and the key may work across multiple models from same manufacture.
key for tractors as someone else said in another thread a while back, they key is more of a saftey device, vs an anti theft device.
with above said, goto local dealer and they should have one.
