I've got a Sears / Craftsman GT6000 - I've experienced some intermittent starting issues, and I think I see what's going on. One of the spade connectors in the ignition connector is loose enough to be able to slide out - you can see it in the photo here.

Q: is this repairable w/o getting a whole new wiring harness? I hate the idea of a harness because (a) finding one for less than the value of the tractor, and (b) it looks like a pretty decent amount of crap needs to come off to change out the whole harness.

I've got the tractor starting again by helping this one wire from behind with a needle-nose, but I have a feeling that without some support, it may work loose again... like maybe when I need it to plow the drive.

Those wire terminals pop out. There held in by a small prong.
