damaged 1962 ford powermaster tractor radiator removal hindered by heavy front hydraulic bucket framework. how to get it out?

There are many different loader possibilities. And there is no magic trick. Take stuff off until you get to the radiator. This may include removing the loader altogether depending on the construction.
