I have some ashpalt that is not in the best condition which has some cheap spray paint on it that I would like to remove. If I pressure wash it I think I'm removing too much of the seal coat, and unless I pressure wash the entire thing there will be spots where I cleaned.

Is there some sort of paint stripper I might be able to use on the ashpalt, that won't dissolve the surface of the ashpalt itself?

Just go over it with black paint. Or another seal coat layer.
That's what I'll probably have to do. I just wish I could get the "aged" look that matches everything else...

It does need a new seal coat within the next few years but that's about 1/2 acre and big $$$.

Toss some dust on it while the paint is still drying to give it the aged look. Yes that would be some big $$$ for that big of a seal job.

Brake fluid might loosen the paint up so you can remove it with a brush or power washer.

Zmoz,

Have a photo?? You should not be able to blast the seal coat off, we do this all the time. I usually will use a carbide rotary grinder (preferred) we have just for this on asphalt and at times we sandblast.

How much line are you talking about?

If you can give more detail, type of paint, surface quality, Seal Coat type and application and maybe a photo, I can sure help you.

Don't use any paint removers, gas, ect tra, that WILL damage your asphalt surface (generally).

Not sure what you mean by "aged" look??

Pressure washing should be no big deal, IF the surface was installed correctly.

I do this for a living, sure bet we can figure it out for you.

I got it to come off with a torch and a wire brush. Can hardly tell it was there! Stupid neighbor put a parking line in the wrong place. I don't know "what" I'm removing when I pressure wash exactly, but I feel like if I do it very much, the surface is going to dissolve. It's not in great condition....I could probably dig a hole in it with the pressure washer.
