I've worked my little BX25 pretty good today.

Removing rocks, burn pit stuff, doing a final mow on part of my field.

Decided to take off the Mid Mount Mower to get ready for winter. This is my first time doing it and I muddled through ok.

I lowered the mower deck as far down as it would go...removed the pins in the antiscalp wheels so it could go to the ground.

Popped out the two pins in back and the one pin in front and disconnected the front bracket.

Slide the mower out and took off the remaining shaft of the mid PTO.

Now I don't have any hydraulics! Dipstick level is good.

I can't raise the mower arms, my front end loader....nothing. I can still drive forward and reverse but my hydraulics are gone....I'm freaking out here.

All you need to do is raise the rear remote control and it will play nice with you.

Make sure the loop on the rear where the BH goes are connected properly. Mine popped off once and it was the same thing

Thanks for the quick replies.

What "rear remote control"?

I'll check the hoses again tomorrow but I'm pretty sure they were all connected when I checked the dipstick.

Dont you have a rear implement three point hitch kit with that thing?????????????????? The rear remote control levers should be on the right side of the seat.

If you had no hydraulics you would not be able to move that thing.

Is the needle valve under the seat fully open?

:confused2:

The BX25 doesn't allow for the factory rear hydraulics. I would check he loop connection in the rear. I ran into he same problems drove me nuts until I checked all he quick connectors. That's how I found it

Like the others said check your loop connection for the BH.

That is what it was

When I lowered my mower deck the 3 point also lowers and the arm rubbed against the quick disconnect fitting and popped it loose but the hose stayed connected so it looked ok but wasn't.

Thanks for pointing me in that direction. :drink:
