I have a Ford 350b that I blew the hydrolic hose and I need to take it off. What do I need to take it off from under the controls? Its cramped in there. A clawfoot wrench?
Sometimes you have to take off other hoses to get to the one you want. Be sure to label them if that's what you have to do. I think you meant crowfoot wrench. They come in both open end and flare tubing nut style.
Crowfoot, Yes. Thanks. I still am trying to find some wrenches. Thanks for the info. There are two smaller hoses that go to the stabilizer feet, they look like they will be the hoses to come off to make room.
Did it. Took of the two hoses above and the cover for the hydrolic controls. Took some PB Break but it works. Its really tight in there!! Then I had to pull the bucket out with my truck. The boom was in and up when the hose broke and the extension hose was the one that broke. Now for a new hose!
