Remote valve stuck in position ****

The remote rear valve on my DK45 has always been somewhat difficult to engage. Today when attempting to attach the 2385 hoe I accidently pushed the lever forward (A position) instead backward (B position). I've not been able to move the lever since. I've removed the cover near the differential lock and removed the linkage (handle to valve). I've squirted oil on the top of the valve and linkage. No luck. I also get the hissing noise from the loader valve and my 3 point will not rise. My machine is almost two years old and only has 100 hours on it. All advise is welcome.

Just a stab in the dark, and you may have done so already, but shut the tractor down after running it for a few minutes, then operate all the loader controls to relieve the pressure. Disconnect any hoses from the rear remote and then try to operate the lever with the tractor not running.
If this doesn't take care of the problem, it's possible that the remote valve connector that connects with the main valve body is bent or broken, or jammed with something.
I believe you're still under warranty aren't you? I'd have the dealer repair it under warranty before doing any more yourself. If it's not under warranty, send me your regular e-mail addy to kiotijohn @bellsouth.net and I'll send you a schematic of the remote so you can see what it should look like.

Thanks for your suggestions. I have tried to relieve pressure by moving all controls with the machine off. My only other though was to remove and reinstall the hoses from the loader. The weird thing is the 3 point won't rise. I'm not expecting any miracles with the loader hoses. I think something is broken.

I believe I have a couple weeks left on my 2 year warranty. Problem is Kioti's dealer network is very weak in California. My closest dealer decided to carry Cub instead of Kioti so it's now 130+ miles round trip.

The 3 pt will not work when the rear remote lever is in the detent position. To me it sounds like it is hydro locked. I would try loosing the fitting that for the quick coupler on the rear remote. See if that relives any pressure. Does your BH connect to your rear remotes or to the main hyd lines?

The hoe uses the rear remote. When you say to loosen the fitting for the rear remote, do you mean the fitting at the rear of the tractor (labeled A and B)?

10-4.... But the more I think about it I doubt that is the case. Do the following if you haven't already....

Did you take the BH hoses off and reverse them? This will allow the BH to operate correctly and will relieve any pressure

By the way... don't run the tactor more than you have to till you get it fixed.

Let me know what happens when you do this.

Jon and John, Thanks for all the advice. I reversed the hoses and the hoe worked. I then tried to to move the valve lever and didn't have any luck. About an hour later with the machine running I was able to move the handle through neutral and into the B position! The valve is difficult to move, but it is working once again.

Glad to hear you got it working. I would suggest getting it looked at or taking the valve apart, something is not quite right if it is getting stuck. Let me know if you have any questions.
