I have not even caught up to the real work yet... My pictures are still on my phone and I need to download them. I have other things I must accomplish today but what's coming is...

Tomorrow we pour the footers for the foundation of a 28 x 28 large 2 car garage shop with a new master suite above. The stairs to basement have been opened up and made beautiful, the old cabinets are being configured in the basement to create an Irish Pub with 9' pool table, we are making an engineered beam & adding a window. the Utility laundry room is basically done (new relocated HVAC & Hot Water, sink and mix of old new cabinets & door. the Hot Tub wiring gets run in the next week or so, as well as the electrical for the new meter & panel to existing panel in basement. The pool got completely refurbed and added heater & new concrete apron, the kitchen got 2 feet bigger completely remodeled, the dining room is not home office, old HVAC got relocated to the attic, Garden room became part of the house. doors get moved and reused, divided the living room into a TV room & and a Mud Room entry from garage with huge coat closet. front door replaced... When I am done, the entire house will have been touched, at minimum the closet redone & paint in two of the bedrooms. I've got tons of pictures and yes, been busy... I promise I will keep updating & not disappear...

Be well all-o-y'all
David

No real change except less land. Yesterday I also started another thread about the oil leaking in front of the radiator while grinding a stump and being panicked (probably with justification).

I dumped the rusted out F250 snowplow truck (and the rusted out Ranger snowplow truck, etc. in the big 2020 divorce/move/restart. I had a decent 2010 F350 long bed diesel snow plow truck for a couple years, earlier this year one of the hyd lines broke plowing my asphalt drive in the big snow of Jan 22 and I ended up clearing the entire subdivision with my tractor & bucket, and helping pull the neighbor out of the other neighbor's driveway.

So I traded the F350 on a low miles VERY NICE 2019 F150 XLT (Loaded V8 FX4 Sport).

Other than that & helped GF get a 2016 Edge Platinum (Yes, I'm all Ford, all the time, always have been, please no Brand Bashing). All my attentions have been on House/New GF/New Job/newly 13yo daughter...

Not sure how much more change I could handle... LOL.. We did go to Maui finally (GORGEOUS) and a hard rock Mongolian band concert (The Hu Band) and some other various adventures so its not ALL work...

Be well,
David

New Hot water heater in a new location. adding plumbing into a basement, ordered a Hot Tub has 12-13 month lead time for delivery (I believe they started building it this week), Shower insert. Post in basement holding up the kitchen (needs to be removed for pool table to fit in basement), work on basement bathroom, original HVAC location in front o bathroom door, relocation of the outside HVAC & new HVAC to make room for addition.
