RK37 Shuttle. I just bought a hydraulic gauge as I suspected my relief valve setting was too low. I don't feel like it's lifting as advertised. So, according to the manual, relief valve pressure should be 2347psi. I'm reading just over 2200. So, my question is, would it be worth the time ripping the tractor apart to get to the relief valve? It's under the seat. How much gain would I see from 150ish psi? Thanks all.

probably not much.. but I've seen what happens when someone adjusts the pressure too high!. broken lift arms. an expensive repair..

I work with forklifts daily at work, 150 psi will not be a noticeable difference in speed on a hydraulic function. Avoid adjusting relief settings until the pump begins dropping significantly (500-800psi) at which case you are merely prolonging it’s life.
