Recycled Paint

I just bought 50 gals of recycled paint, Planing to paint the exterior of our 2 houses with it, I hope I'm not making a mistake by using it, The business I purchased it from said has had no complaints so far, and has sold hundreds of gallons of it, The business isn't exactly a paint business, More of a surplus building supply and buys up this paint, It is a heck of a deal for only 40 per each 5 gallons, comes to roughly 8.00 per gal. all other paint companies sell for over 20.00 per gal. so I stand to save quite a bit $$$. The color isn't exactly what we were looking for, but again for this much savings we will deal with it,
I'm wondering if anyone here has any experience with using recycled paint? Pros / Cons etc, I'm also wondering if color can be added to this kind of paint to darken it some?

You can tint it. They make this paint by combining lots of paint leftovers. It will be a mix of lord knows what. I would not use it, but that is just me. In the grand scheme of things, the paint is just a small part/cost of the paint job. One of the biggest factors is your prep, and conditions the paint is applied. I would think that if you do a great job on your prep and apply it under ideal conditions you will be fine.

I managed to find a article on their paints, and what I read is it consist of leftover paints very likely from major brand paint companies,
I actually brushed some on in an area and it has a good coverage over the darker color behind it, My plans are to spray it on in a couple weeks, I'll let ya'll know how good/bad it is,
