Recurring leak, JD 5300

JD 5300 w 520 FEL. No mid mount hydraulics, so the loader is connected to the rear SCV's. I have disconnected and re connected many times with no issues (I use the raise and lower outlets because I need to use the float position) Recently I started getting a drip out of one, and then both of the outlets. I removed the o rings from the outlet and they were abraded, so I replaced them with the ones listed on JD Parts. This corrected the problem for a few hours, then it started leaking again and eventually they both completely failed (oil geyser). I replaces the male tips, and it failed again. Each time the o ring is damaged. Engaging and dis-engaging the float function jars the front end loader and rear hose connections fairly hard at times, so I am wondering at this point if the stress on the couplers could be damaging the o rings , and that there could be an issue there. Interestingly, Both scv couplers failed while cutting hay, even though I was only using one of the outlets for the mower, The second outlet was still connected to the loader. Any help would be appreciated.

Have you looked at the male end of the connector? Could the male end be causing damage?

Just a shot in the dark: are the two coupler types compatible? The males and females might be similar but different types. Maybe some kind of "it fits but it's not really correct" situation?

ch1ch2, The male tips were replaced first. I also thought that they could be damaging the o-rings.
TCJatco, The male tips and couplers are definitely the correct ones.
I replaced the couplers this weekend, and also replaced a broken boot on the FEL joystick. While the boot was off we cleaned out the joystick mechanism. The hard engagement of the float setting was corrected. I also removed some zip ties from around the lines going to the couplers in question (the other two never leaked a drop) that were holding the lines in place thinking that they needed to hang more freely in the couplers. All that being said,I baled hay this weekend without any leaks, I just am not sure why.
