Quick Hitches Recommend me a quick hitch please

Few years ago, I bought a Pat’s Quick Hitch. It laid around for a couple years, until I finally put it on the tractor. I even bought a longer top link. Only took a couple moths to realize it was not for me - interfered with my back blade, hardware was super soft, fit was not good on my Massy 204’s three point. I pulled it off. It laid around for a while, as I thought about giving it away. Finally realized I didn’t want to do that to anyone, so it went out in my last load of steel scrap to recycle.

I think if I ever try the quick hitch thing again, it will be one of those triangular frames with hooks in all three positions. But for now I’ll just stick with my three point.

I have tried several over the years and now at 80, I really need one that works so tried the Pat's quick hitch (made in America). It's a YES. I highly recommend. It just bolts on over the existing ball on the arms. The extenders still work fine. And I love the included width gauge that you can set up for any width implement pins. Implements do not have to be "quick hitch compatible" like the others. Just be sure to follow the installation instructions so they are level. The shims to do that are included.

So I moved the harbor freight QH over to the m7040 and with some tinkering to the woods cutter, it fits and works great. The best $139 dollars I ever spent .
