I am new to this site, but have enjoyed reading the various posts. I recently received a quote for a new BX2660.
*BX2660 Tractor
*LA243 Loader & Bucket
*60" MMM
*4 foot box blade
*Grill Guard
*Turf Tires
The quote was $15,219
How does this sound? High, Low, About Right?

Get a price quote from Barlow's for the same thing. That should be you gauge. That quote sounds high to me.

The email quote did not specify brand of box blade. It just said 48" boxblade. Thanks for your response.

Last fall, I got almost the identical package from Barlows for $13.2k, give or take. I also got loaded rear wheels, mounted mmm, pair of forks, and delivery to two states away in that price. The people have been great to deal with, too. I've had to call with newbie (idiot?) questions and they've given easy going, clear, and correct answers. They are laid-back but real pro's. I even had a significant service problem and they gave me like a 6 part answer but alas, it was all over my head so I'll have to record it next time.
I highly recommend them and their prices.
