I spent a fair bit of time on the road last winter with my Meyers plow .. and in once instance, a truck behind me startled the Help out of me by honking to get by on the one lane... Not this winter!

I bought this Ford mirror off Ebay for $20 .. (I have a feeling .. the guy who actually owned the truck paid more to replace it.) and made a little mount. It works perfectly and since I leave the FEL on when the Meyers is on - it will be on forever.

Looks good!!

Did you drill into the loader mast to mount the bracket? Any interference with the loader when you raise the arms?

BTW, I know exactly what you mean about having a truck (in my case, a county snow plow (10 wheel dump)) come up behind you...boy, that'll make you pucker right up!!

I thought the ROPS on 1070's were fixed...yours is a folder. Did you modify it, or is it factory?

I put set off a Jeep on mine. Got them off ebay also, they really come in handy and are adjustable just about any way you want.. nice job.

Thanks all.. When I look at the mirrors on some of those very large tractors they push snow with in Maine, this is a toy .. but wonderful for the neck.

CB.. It can swing in if I had to go down an alley in Italy, but it's not articulated, so I loose the RV for a No view.

Roy ... You shudda told me it was going to take 10min a hole - Jeez! Even standing on a 12" block with a 1/2" drill and new bit was a real chore. I put the 5/16's bolts near the rear of the vertical tube to make sure they would clear. The stock was so thick I tapped threads, even tho' I had nuts ready. I think the only limitation of this is the flasher is in view and the FEL frame shakes a bit - not much tho'.

The ROPS got cut at a local hotrod shop. "G_Dm'it! How can it get this inside?!" We also made an 'overhead rack' to mount some bigazz driving lamps I got from Australia. Up high..shooting down, should give me plenty of light ahead in a snow storm.

jW... Show us a picture of the Jeep's. I like Jeep stuff - I should have search them first.. but this is nice an clean.

Cheers Gentlemen.
