(Muhammed we need a a topic section for cameras as
they are becoming more important).
This posting relates to my personal experience with
my purchase of a "Peak" brand rear view camera recently.
I started yesterday by buying a few "Ideal" brand lamp
wire gauge wire nuts for the "Wolo" brand back up alarm
and unpacking the camera from the sealed packaging that
I recently purchased.
I removed the numerous items from the packaging and did an
inventory of them as I attached the monitor to the suction cup base, and
opened the small parts bag containing the wire piercing crush connectors and zip ties, various small parts, licence plate camera, two wire lengths with juction connectors for the transmitter and power cord for the monitor.
So anyway I came to the conclusion the "transmitter was missing"
No little box with the miniature rubber duckie antenna "whoopsie"
and I decided I was equally screwed; so its back to autoparts for a
refund today and a system from agparts supply will be ordered today.
