Rear stabilizer bracket XR4046

The stabilizer bracket bolts stripped out in my XR 4046. What痴 the best repair weld, tap, or helicoil? Thanks in advance

Best bet is probably just go up a size or two, drill and tap with a quality tap and cutting oil, then use grade 8 bolts.
