OK I figured it out. The local tractor mechanic is familiar with this part and set up. P= Pressure to the spool valve. R= return from the spool valve. T=tank/ plumb it out from the block and go back to the tank for an overflow situation. He said that landscapers use this set up alot to power up a set of valves to run specialty equipment for fine adjustments for grading/ slope etc. He said it is an acceptable workaround for rear remotes and allows for finer adjustments. I'll let everyone know how it works out. Thanks for all the help.
