I am having difficulty hooking up my hydraulic lines from my rear blower to my remote valve on a 3320 cab. One hose will attach easy but the other then has pressure build up which doesn't allow me to hook up the second one. Can not figure out how to relieve this pressure. This valve is controlled electronically on the joystick.

The pressure build up is likely in the hose on the blower, sometime setting in the sun will cause expansion of the fluid in the hose, and increase pressure, making it difficult to re-connect. you can take a rag and put a couple of layers over the check ball and hit it with a wooden stick (hammer handle) to press the ball in and release some fluid. The rag is to prevent you from taking a shower bath in the released fluid.

Sorry but I should have explained that this is the first time the blower was attempted to be hooked up. It was converted from a manual chute rotator to a hydraulic. The first hose hooks up easy whether it is the top or bottom connection but the second one won't. Seems like the pressure is on the tractor/valve side

If hose #1 will easily hook to either the A or B connector, then how could there be pressure on the tractor side? There is either something wrong mechanically fit wise on the one hose, (burr?) or there is pressure build up in this hose. Can you press the ball in on this hose?

There is a T-handle on the valve that is there to relieve pressure on both outlets. Once picture is for a cab unit the other is for an open station.

Yes that was what I thought the dealer told me back when I bought the tractor. Tried to turn this using the T handles but wouldnt budge and I actually broke the T's off. Any suggestions?

I got the little plug free that had the T handles. Do I remove it completely with the tractor shutdown to install the two hoses or shouldnt I need to completely remove it

I just went out and tried it on my 3720. One full turn relieves the pressure for me. I would not take it completely out unless you are repairing the T-handle.

Got it!!! Worked great. Thanks for the help. We are going to tap out where the T handle was and try to install a new T handle. It seems that this is just a threaded plug with the T handle. Would you know if this is correct? Thanks again for the help.
