rear outlet on a 4110?

Anyone installed a rear outlet (like for a hydraulic toplink) on a 4110 who can give me an idea of how difficult it was.

Top and Tilt is an option on the 4110...I know of someone on another board that has it - I cant speak whats involved other than for myself, I would have the dealer do it...
